Hopefully you’ve kept yourself in shape over the colder months? Maybe you didn’t quite keep those commitments up? That is okay it is never too late to jump back into it. Now is as good a time a ever because you know tomorrow simply never arrives.
We just love providing opportunities for you to get fit, maintain fitness and/or take it to the next level. We operate outdoor group fitness sessions very close to Sydney’s CBD and also in the Inner West. We also provide mobile PT and Corporate Fitness anywhere within the Sydney Metropolitan area.
If outdoor is not your bag we provide PT and small group sessions at Sydneys best strength and conditioning gym Lift Performance Centre located in Redfern.

Charity Bootcamp in Redfern
Rock Hard Fitness are running a bootcamp every Friday at 5pm in Redfern Park. The cost of attendance is $10 with 100% of this going to Youth Off The Streets.
We feel honoured to be supporting such a worthy cause and invite all to come along and be part of this.
Included is a 45 minute bodyweight bootcamp and also the knowledge that you are helping YOTS who provide emergency accommodation, counseling services, food & clothing, legal services, education & employment programs etc to youth and young adults who require asssistance.

Exclusive 6 hour confident event
Rock Hard Fitness will be hosting a six hour commando course event through Commando Tough in Carringbah. Clients and friends are invited to what will be a memorable and challenging day. The possible dates are: Saturday 14th, 21st or 28th of November. As a special offer the price will be $135.

Saturday the 19th of September for a free soft sand session at Wanda Beach sand dunes.
This is a chance to shed that winter coat, meet some new folk and toil in the soil. This will be a test of your fitness and stamina where you will be encouraged to push beyond your "perceived limit". As always, there is no judgement and you can do what you are comfortable with.
Meet in the carpark at 7.45am for a warm up (near helipad) for an 8am kick off at the dunes.

A client/friend of mine is doing the 10,000 step/day challenge to help raise money for cerebral palsy and also to encourage others to get active. Can you help her reach the fundraising target of $1000. Monday mornings will never be a drag ever again. Come along to our boot camp at Camperdown Oval, corner of Australia and Fowler streets Camperdown every Monday at 9:30am.
45 minutes of dynamic training which will enhance your mobility, power and cardiovascular capacity. No two sessions will ever be the same and a fitness test will be held regularly to gauge progression.
There is lots of shade for the kids and a cafe very close by and we welcome both new clients and existing clients from our other boot camps.

Our short trip to Bali that turned into a longer-than-expected stay is done and dusted. We are recharged and raring to go and resume normal PT and Bootcamp sessions from tomorrow (Sat 15th Aug).
We hope you were able to maintain a healthy balance of good nutrition and exercise along with some R & R. See you on the grass/sand/bitumen.
Due to the volcanic ash cloud from Mount Raung causing airlines to cancel flights out of Bali we will be unable to resume our bootcamps as planned. We will now resume normal operation from Saturday the 15th of August.
We sincerely apologise to all of our loyal clients for the inconvenience this may cause.
In the meantime, keep active and make wise choices with food where possible.
Today we said goodbye to a great friend of both Roxy and I. Robin has been an integral part of our bootcamps for almost twelve months and has always put in his all. He has become both a good training buddy and friend to all in our Rock Hard family and we are sad to see him go. We all wish you well with your new appointment at Guy's Hospital's Oncology Unit in London and promise to visit you asap!
